We like to have personal contact with all our guests, so we can help you choose the right option for your stay.

We also have some additional accommodation in the main house

In order to secure your booking, we send you a Booking Form by email which you complete and return to us together with your deposit of 50% of the total amount due, The balance is due a fortnight before your arrival, together with your "cautionary deposit" of £50 against damage and leaving the property in good order. This deposit will be returned within 10 days of your departure.

In the event of cancellation there is non refundable £50 admin charge. If the cancellation is made within eight weeks of your arrival date 50% of the total is chargeable. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of your arrival the whole amount is due.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
